Orders shipped on dry ice will be sent via air express service. Shipping days are Monday and Wednesday to most of the United States. two-day delivery is available upon request (Monday through Thursday) for orders received before 4:00 p.m. AST. Friday shipments (for Saturday delivery) are possible via priority status, but the recipient will need to make arrangements for a pickup on Saturday. Unless otherwise specified, products are shipped F.O.B. origin, freight prepaid and added to your invoice. Terms: Net 30 days after shipment in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Credit Card Orders: We offer credit card purchases on any of our products in the United States and Canada, allowing you to receive products quickly and easily. We gladly take Visa®, MasterCard® through phone orders and online. Limited Product Warranty: Biologicals Any product that does not meet the performance standards stated in the product specification sheet will be replaced at no charge. This warranty limits our liability to the replacement of the product.
